"OSKAR-EL" is a private company specializing in power supply, automation and control of the technological
processes in industrial, electrical power and water sector.
 Company "OSKAR-EL" was incorporated in 2000 as the successor to the one created in 1992 as ET "Elena
Mincheva", working mainly in the automation of machine tools and technological processes in machine building.
Over the years, the company is developing in three main areas::
 Engineering;
Manufacture of electrical panels;
Electrical assembly and installation operations of new and existing sites.
 Today the company has a wide range of activities:
- Develops and implements engineering projects for automation, electrical
actuation, control, Instrumentation and Control (I&C) of production processes;
- Provides software packages of the technological processes;
- Constructs technological components and assemblies;
- Designs, manufactures, assembles and performs start-up and commissioning
work of MV and LV electrical distribution panels, control and automation panels,
measuring panels, control panels, boards for electrical power supply of power
and lighting systems, panels for secondary commutation, prism panels and
others;
- Builds entirely electrical wiring in new sites;
- Performs electrical wiring and installation works in repair and modernization
of existing equipment and facilities;
- Maintains, repairs and reconstructs lifting devices bridges and bridge cranes
and electric hoists.
 The company is represented and managed by the owner dipl. eng. Elena Mincheva. The executive management
comprises of qualified professionals with extensive professional experience. As general, the team is young with
proven skills in implementing of new and progressive technical solutions.
For the entire 18-years period of existence, with its responsibility, correctness and accuracy of work, company "OSKAR-EL" Ltd. has obtained the trust of its partners and customers, as well as the respect for its competitors.
It is a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design and
Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
In 2008 the company is one of the 100th most dynamic companies
in Bulgaria, according to the classification "Kapital", as a result of its
growing role as a leader in the field of automation and electric control..

pan-European market. It is
certified under the standards ISO9001/2008 and OHSAS18001.
Further expansion of the company, increase of the production capacity and nomenclature, improvement
and development the qualification of the engineers, technicians and workers skills are priority goals of
the management policy.
- In process of commissioning is a new factory in the northwestern region of Sofia with area 3100 m2.
- It is forthcoming, within the company, to be certified a Control Authority type "C" / CAC / by the Agency "Bulgarian
Accreditation Service". Identification of CAC in OSCAR-EL Ltd. is in compliance with BDS EI180 / IEC17020 with
scope of control of new and in process of exploitation of electrical devices and equipment with voltage up to and
over 1000V, power and measuring transformers, power cables with voltage up to 20kV and electro-protecting
equipment.
- New specialized activity is the maintenance of distribution systems HV, MV and LV, as well as the cable lines in
electrical substations.
- It is in process the development of new configurations and software for electronic control modules, operator panels
and SCADA systems.
For increasing the awareness, professional knowledge of the staff and introducing with innovative processes in the
respective fields and production, the technical staff participates in seminars, organized by the companies, suppliers
of electrical equipment.
Each year is organized theoretical and practical training in specialized centers for technical practice.
Every year the company organizes, in the country and abroad, activities for all employees, which provides good
relationships in the team. In 2009, the team has traveled to Paris, France, in 2008 to Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, and
in 2007 to Khalkidhiki, Greece.

support for public interest activities and educational projects of the Technical University, School for children with
